A message from the Head of Sixth Form:

You are at an exciting stage in your education. You’ll soon be thinking about leaving school and moving onto the next challenge. You’ll be looking ahead to find the best route for you, whether at college, in an apprenticeship or into employment.

Cardinal Langley Sixth Form is a successful place of study; we will work with you to help you  realise your ambitions and reach your potential. When joining the Sixth Form, you will  become part of our Catholic community and you will be supported by well qualified and experienced teachers in your academic study as well as being supported by Senior Tutors and Student Ambassadors in your pastoral needs.

We understand that everyone has different needs and strengths so we design our curriculum to enable you to achieve success in the next stage of your life whatever that may be. In 2018, our results were very positive again with 51% of our students  achieving A*- B at A-level and 50% achieving a Distinction* / Distinction in our  vocational courses. Our average A-Level grade per entry was B-.

Whilst we are extremely proud of our students’ academic success, we understand that education is more than grades. We have a dedicated pastoral support team and a variety of opportunities on offer to enable you to fully develop emotionally and socially. We have fantastic links within the community and with local and national universities, businesses and charities.
